In addition to filing and advising on the supporting documentation, a client’s case is prepared in a professional manner that includes:

        –  A Legal Submission Letter that serves to provide a detailed explanation to the authorities that the client is a suitable candidate to visit, work, study or live in Canada.

        –  We also manage and monitor a client’s case from the start to the finish. This means that we will make sure that the application is mailed to the correct immigration office/ submitted online within the required time frame. This also means that we will keep track of the progress of the application as it makes its way through the immigration system.

        –  When it comes the time for an immigration officer to assess the client’s case, we will help to prepare the client for a possible interview if one is required.

We represent our clients personally at the Port of Entry during the flagpole process required in certain situations including Work Permits from within Canada.

Visitors:

Canada is one of the most sought-after destinations for tourism, family visits or to experience the natural beauty that the country has to offer in various provinces. A visitor visa allows you to live in Canada for a period of six months on one entry. The visa is typically valid for 10 years or up to the expiry of one’s passport.

We assess the client’s requirement of a Visitor Visa as per the purpose of their visit. Citizens of most countries require a visa to visit Canada however, there are a few exceptions wherein they are visa exempt. In a visa exempt scenario, we assist in applying for an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA).

Workers

Canada’s labour shortage provides foreign workers with an opportunity to work and earn money in Canada throughout various industries including manufacturing, logistics, construction, IT among others. The Temporary Foreign Workers Program and International Experience Canada facilitates the Work Permit application process in order for Canadian employers to hire overseas candidates.

Regency Immigration Solutions will assist Canadian employers and facilitate the Temporary Foreign Worker Program and Labour Market Impact Assessment applications and the Work Permit applications for the selected candidates. The Work Permit applications can be done online or at the Port of Entry as the situation would suggest.
